When I order a lounger what is included in the price?

  1. Choose your cushion option
  2. Provide delivery details and make payment
  3. Delivery within Dubai is to ground floor locations ONLY
  4. Delivery in Dubai is included in the price.
  5. Shipping cost is worked out based on your location in the UAE - additional cost
  6. The lounger CANNOT be dismantled, it ships assembled

How long does delivery take for fabric items (excluding lounger)?
We are ready to dispatch most orders the very next day but will endeavor to have it delivered within 5 working days max

I don't live in Dubai. Can I still order one of your loungers?
We currently only deliver in Dubai. However, if you are super keen on one of our gorgeous products then please drop us an email at support@ngunique.com and we can see if this would be possible.

How do I care for my lounger
The most important thing you can do is use the protective cover during harsh weather times of the year to protect your wood from damage (protective cover option details are on the lounger page so please select this to make sure your lounger is as protected properly. Cover your cushions too and if you have chosen indoor fabric, we recommend you bring them inside and store them until you are using the cushions over the weekend for example.

How do I care for my cotton fabric
Our fabric should be machine washed separately at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. It should not be bleached or tumble dried, and should be dried in the shade whenever possible. The fabric could be dry cleaned as well.

Can I view the Lounger before I make payment?

Can I exchange my lounger and cushions?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on the lounger. On other products such as cushions, we can offer refunds or exchanges within 5 days of purchase and the products need to be unused and with proof of purchase. Please contact support@ngunique.com

Do you offer a bespoke service so I can get cushions, table cloths, bedspreads or throws made?
Absolutely, if you email us at support@ngunique, we can certainly help with this request.
